I became a Dietitian because I’ve always had a passion for health. Nutrition is so misunderstood, so I love being able to dispel nutrition myths, provide education so people feel better about their bodies and the food their eating, as well as helping my clients develop lifelong habits that will carry them through various stages of their lives.
I have a special interest in women’s health, specifically in the areas of preconception, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and improving menstrual cycles. I believe this reproductive age is so important to focus on nutrition yet so overlooked, so I aim to provide support to women during such a crucial time in their lives and health.
I also see clients in the areas of weight management, sports nutrition, intuitive/mindful eating, diabetes, and more.
In my spare time you'll likely find me hanging out with my miniature dachshund, Snoopy, and my husband. I love spending time outside and finding ways to move in any way I can, such as going for walks, lifting weights in my home gym or playing sports (I play baseball and volleyball on some local rec leagues).
