Postpartum Rehabilitation Class
Program Overview
Our Postpartum Strength & Recovery class is a full-body resistance training program designed specifically for individuals navigating the postpartum journey. We understand the importance of rebuilding strength and reclaiming functional movement patterns, so we've crafted a supportive, empowering environment to help you safely return to exercise—especially weightlifting. With expert guidance and a focus on pelvic health, this class is tailored to meet you where you are, whether you’re easing back into fitness or looking to take your strength to the next level.
Class Details
Duration: 60-minute, expert-led sessions
Focus Areas: Pelvic health, strength development, and postpartum recovery
Purpose: Rebuild functional movement patterns, regain core stability, and reintroduce weight lifting into your routine
Inclusive Space: Bring your baby along! Our space is designed to welcome and support both you and your little one.
Our goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and encouraging space for you to reconnect with your body, rebuild confidence, and regain the strength you deserve—all while navigating the beautiful and sometimes challenging journey of motherhood.
+ How do I sign up for the group class?
If you are a current Pelvic Health client, ask your practitioner if you are a good fit and they can help you register. Otherwise you will require a Pelvic Health Assesment first.
+ When does the program start?
It is a 6 week program that starts March 1st and ends April 5th, held Saturdays from 10am-11am
+ Is it covered by my Insurance?
This class may be covered under your benefits if you have Group Physiotherapy coverage. We recommend checking with your insurance provider, as coverage can vary depending on the company and policy.
