As an Osteopathic Massage Therapist for more than 25 years, Laurel has treated clients from the infant stage, through growth and sports, pregnancy and post partum, to her oldest client at 97. She has worked on Olympic athletes and those with severe mobility issues, chronic and acute injuries, and all levels of abilities. Laurel uses a combination of techniques for the best practice outcome for her clients. She loves the detective work of figuring out what your body is trying to say.

Laurel and her husband moved to Spruce Grove in the summer of 2024, to be closer to two (of four) daughters, their partners and (the real draw tbh) three granddaughters.
